The faculty development programs offer an opportunity for faculty members to grow professionally, to remain current with developments in their disciplines, and to infuse these experiences into the classroom to enhance student learning. As illustrated below, 好色TV鈥檚 faculty development programs have enabled our faculty members to undertake important work in their fields, often including students in their research, and have brought renown to the university.

SABBATICAL LEAVES are granted by the University to promote the professional growth and effectiveness of the faculty.
